The native Americans were probably feeling some type of way because of how they were treated. I respect chief joseph because of his speech about surrendering because after all the violence and all the deaths I would also want to stop.
The native Americans were brutally treated by the other side. They must have felt hurt by the ways they were treated. I completely respect chief Joseph because of his inspiring speech about surrendering because well after all the violence and attacks all lead to people being murdered or seriously injured so I would also want to stop.
The Native Americans were treated very badly and that is why they were feeling a certain way. Cheif Joseph should be well- respected because he witnessed lots of death and violence, so we can understand why he would want to stop.
