The probability is likely because it’s like lottery tickets, there is few tickets with a lot of money and so many people get like maybe a dollar but yet there is still a small percentage of people that win big. So yes it’s way more likely that they would draw a KitKat but it’s not impossible to draw a Hershy bar.
