Propagandist because when the horse (cant remember his name) was sold to a glue factory squeler told them it was not true and said things that were not true to them. He made them think things the dictatorship was doing was good although the other farm animals did not believe it.
A. Propagandist. Throughout the entire book, he tries to convince the other animals that Napoleon has their best interest in mind, even when he clearly doesn't. He just promotes it.
