A business manufactures at least five MP3 players for each digital video player. The total number of MP3 players and digital video players must be less than 70. From the problem, we have the following inequalities and conditions:
M ≥ 5
M + V < 70

The first inequality results to a solid horizontal line at M = 5 and all values above that.

The second inequality can be rearranged to:
V < -M + 70
This inequality results to all the values under the line V = -M + 70
