it tecnoccly effects all of them but i would go with group 3. .

Explanation:

this is because of the food chain and if one marene animal did not get food like a dolphin then the dolpin would die off then the shark that ate the dolphin would die off.
group 3 because if fish go extinct then many other sea animals would too since that is most animals primary food source.
