ESSAY. Give a solution on the situation usually happens in hotel

One day, a guest arrived at the hotel who is staying for 4 days and 3 nights and his luggage was lost in the airport during checking in. The guest was very angry that he wanted to check-in immediately, unfortunately the room was not yet ready and he will wait for 4 hours to check-in because he arrived at the hotel at 10AM. As the front desk clerk on duty, what is the possible solution would do in this situation.

I, the front desk clerk, would recommend a restaurant or museum for the guest and pay for their Uber because of the inconvenience that was caused. I would want the guest to put in a good review for me to my manager for handing the situation responsibly. When the 4 hours pass and the guest comes back from the place I recommended I would give them a better room. The customer should always be treated well.
