you can put that depending on the country you go, meanings of words change or the way to say a word changes. Like in cuba “guagua” means bus but “guagua” in ecuador means little kid. So you might need to check the meaning of certain words depending on the place you go. Like the word “bicho” for cubans means “bug” but for puerto ricans bicho means penis, so you don’t want to go around puerto rico screaming “bicho” every time you see a bug. Also the accent, if spanish isn’t your first language (even if it is) you might have trouble understanding certain accents. People in the Caribbean have the most difficult accent to understand as we speak fast, remove letters to words, we change R to L, in cuba if there is an S or D at the end of the sentence we don’t pronounce them. Also the way money works, in cuba at least, we have two different coins. The cuc (dollars) and cup (pesos). For every 25 pesos you have, you have 1 dollar. So like 25 pesos=1 dollar, 50 pesos = 2 dollars, so if you don’t know the difference between cuc and cup you can get easily scammed. The way dates are written are different too because in spanish you say the day first and then the month. So in enlgish you would say “today is april 23” and is written like 04/23 but in spanish you say “23 de abril” and is written like “23/04”
