On the topic of race, why doesn’t the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States uphold justice and equity for all groups of people?
Because it was written at the time where people weren’t equal. And it holds up today because certain people aren’t treated equal to this day. The constitution is flawed currently because some of its declarations are outdated
