Answer: hello! i will be helping you solve this question today, From the bottom of the hierarchy upwards, the needs are: physiological (food and clothing), safety (job security), love and belonging needs (friendship), esteem, and self-actualization. Needs lower down in the hierarchy must be satisfied before individuals can attend to needs higher up.
Some the most important needs of individuals are Food, clothing, shelter.
Needs of Individuals
According to Maslow in his hierarchy of needs motivational theory,He explained that human needs can be expressed in a five-tier model within a pyramid in hierarchical levels which inclde:
- physiological (food and clothing)
- safety (job security)
- love and belonging needs (friendship)
- esteem, and self-actualization.
From the hierachy, we can see that the most important needs of individuals would be the physiological need whixh include food, clothng and shelter, because it is when these basic needs are satisfied that one can then satisfy other needs.
