If you are experiencing a lot of stress I think if you talk to someone you trust about what is making you stressed or just about it generally it would take a weight off your shoulders and help you a lot. If you feel like you are severely stressed you should probably seek professional help but I usually find that if I either talk to someone or simply sit down and listen to my favourite music and just chill it helps a lot. If chilling makes your stress worse, keep yourself busy and do sport or a hobby you love. Hope this helps! :)
