-1(x1) 3(y1) -9(x2) -2(y2)

y2-y1 divided by x2-x1

(-2)-3 divided by (-9)-(-1)

-5 divided by -8

slope = -5/-8

put into y=mx + b form and solve for b

3= -5/-8(-1) +b
which would would be b=29/8

so your equation would be y=-5/-8x + 29/8 i believe
