HELPP!!Lauren believes that a person who commits a crime in one state but moves to another
cannot be arrested and brought to trial. Matteo believes she is wrong and that states
have to send those accused of a crime back to a state where the crime supposedly

(Based in opinion) Well for the criminal justice system to have a clear understanding about this crime they might have to physically be present because there would be no reason you not to go for the punishment that you will go through if proven guilty with those demands meaning she has to go back regardless of if she can move to another state or not

Article 4 of the United States Constitution which is the Extradition Clause shows that Matteo is correct.

According to this clause, when an individual commits treason, felony, or any other crimes in one state and flees to another, the authority of the state from which he fled could request that the authority of the state harboring the fugitive should return him to the state where he committed the crime. That state has the jurisdiction to try him.
