Yes! It is a debate where two debaters are putting their views on digital study!
The question first is saying to go with digital study and replace notebooks and paper with digital notes, It will reduce the deforestation that is tons of trees each year cutting just to make paper.
And second question is saying yes it is time for digital devices but not to replace notebooks and papers because they have their own perspectives, instead of cutting trees we can use recycled paper! To memorize the things it is necessary to write it atleast once in notebook otherwise the study will not be effective much!
