λ = photon's wavelength (metres),

E= 3.99×10^{-28}J

Because all the energy levels of electrons in an atom are quantized,and cannot   exist on different values of energies between them. So, when  an electron moves from one energy level to another,  it would release or absorb a  specific and same amount of energy. Therefore, the  energy of all the atomic levels of silicon must be  E= 3.99×10^{-28}J
