Here is what you need to do... Follow my directions exactly.
1) Label the left line -13 and label the right line -12...
2) On the first bullet write Between -13 and -12.
3) Decimal estimate ~ -12.25
4) Put your point towards the right line (which you labeled -12), but do not put it all the way on the line, you need to have it in-between the middle and the point labeled '-12'...
