Two ways in which child labor could be connected to interstate commerce are the following:

  • Children’s working hours in any state
  • Interstate sale of goods produced by child labor.

This is because children could be allowed to work in any of the states of the United States, however, with the Keating-Owen Child Labor Act of 1916, Congress has limited the children working hours which is under interstate commerce.

Also, the interstate sale of goods produced by child labor is under interstate commerce, which then linked Child labor to Interstate commerce.

Hence, in this case, the correct answer is Children’s working hours in any state and Interstate sale of goods produced by child labor."
