Let x represent the first number

Second number is 9 + x

Third number is 9 + x - 3 = 6 +  x

x + 9 + x + 6 + x = 54

3x + 15 = 54

3x = 54 - 15

3x = 39

x = 13

Second number = 13 + 9 = 22

Third number = 21  3 = 19
