Write the slope intercept form of the equation as described.

19.) through (-3,-3), perpendicular to y= -3/8x-2

20.) through: (0, -4), perpendicular to y= -3/2x +1

21.) through:(1,-3), perpendicular to y=x

22.) through: (2,4) perpendicular to y=-x+5

To get the slope of the ordered pair, take the negative reciprocal the slope of the y=mx+b. (Reciprocal is the opposite; 1/2 reciprocal is 2/1) plug in your slope to y=mx+b AND plug in the (x,y) coordinate you have to (y)=m(x)+b to solve for b. Once you have b, plug in your slope to m and y-intercept to b {y=(m)x+b}. (Also If you have a graphing calculator and want to plug the equations in (to make sure a) the intersect and b) your original ordered pair is on y2) I added those equations to the side. It’s just the two equations.
