an airline is trying to promote its new Boston to Atlanta flight. the usual price for this flight is $315.00. however the airline is offering a 40% discount until the end of the month. how much will the flight cost after the discount?

SO you have to find 10% of $315, which is easy, 31.5.

Then, you have to time that by six in order to get 60% 

So 31.5 x 6 = 189

Your answer is $189.00
Simple.  Find out what 50% of that is that find out what 1/5 of that is then multiply that by 4  then 315-X=Awnser
