What kind of exercises I can practice to improve and master being patient? ​

There are multiple methods, including both mental and physical that can improve and master being patient.

Learn a hobby or sport that rewards diligence and perseverance to improve skill or the ability to wait for an interesting conclusion, such as reading, fishing or hunting, and endurance sports that reward dedication.

The second might be relatively shallow, but still, want some physical item that you cannot yet afford very badly, forcing you to to be patient and wait for the available funds to materialize. This can be something simple like a new tech out you want to purchase.

And third, what has become my favorite and most beneficial strategy for increasing patience, never stop learning about new subjects. You may earn a doctorate degree in a given discipline, but always continue to strive to learn something new when you have almost gained 60-80% mastery of a given interest.

Physical exercises that truly do work if you take the time to do them.

Staring at the pot until it boils

Staring at the toaster until the toast pops.

Waiting 1 and 1/2 minutes in your car before you leave while it's running and you're ready to go.

Waiting three deep breaths before you answer a question.

Don't eat while you're driving pullover and shut your vehicle off and eat with no radio on.
