The legal limit for alcohol in ones system while operating a motor vehicle is .08 BAC. If you are under the age of 21 and are stopped while driving with a .02 BAC can you be arrested and charged with DUI?

well in america you arnt really even supposed to drink under 21 so thats probobly why its love but technically you can be arested and hit with a dui with any level over .02 even if you are 21
