AP classes and i believe they give you a .25 boost to your gpa if that’s what you mean by credit. i believe all schools do College course credits differently.
AP and DE (dual enrollment) give you college credits generally, but not all colleges accept them. In order for an AP to count as a credit you have to take the AP exam and pass (3 or above). The bump is more so dependent on your school and the college. A majority of the time you get a one letter bump so if you get a B in the class it’ll go up to an A. They give you 1 credit.
