Mutation 2: CAG it is a point mutation as only one base pair is changed. This codon on mRNA becomes: GUC. You need a codon chart to figure out which protein it is now coding for—if it is not Glycine than you have a missense mutation that has chanced the protein. If it is glycine than it is silent mutation.
