Myopia is also known as near sightedness and is a defect of the eyes when an individual can only see near objects.
Hyperopia is also a eye condition that occurs when an individual can see distant objects clearly or is far-sighted while astigmatism occurs when distorted/blurred vision causes an imperfect image.
A person cannot have both hyperopia and myopia eye but can have astigmatism with either of the two because it is possible to have a blurred vision even when far-sighted or near-sighted but not for one eye to be both hyperopic and myopic.
You can't be myopic and hyperopic in your eye but you can be near sighted AND far-sighted maybe if both eye develops these conditions.
