Slides five through nine: Five pieces of physical evidence should be obtained from the forensic team. Each slide should only contain one piece of physical evidence with is description, classification, and the location where it was found. Classification of the physical evidence should identify if it is trace, transient, conditional, indirect, circumstantial, individual, or class.
Slide ten and eleven: Interview with Mrs. Marta; Generate three questions that Investigator Gomez would ask Mrs. Marta about the crime. Use your imagination for her answers, but make sure the answers are logical.
Slide twelve and thirteen: Summarize all the five pieces of evidence, pertinent information the report from the EMT's, and the interview of Mrs. Marta. Identify two more actions that Investigator Gomez needs to take to help solve the crime.

To present a crime through slides we must take into account the following aspects to organize the information properly and that the public that sees the presentation understands it.

  • Organize the information, in this case it is convenient for us to organize it from the general to the specific so that the public becomes progressively familiar with all the related aspects.

  • Using audiovisual material, these resources can greatly contribute to the understanding of the crime scene because they will provide details that give clues to the origin of the crime.

  • Objective interpretation is a necessary resource to avoid being carried away by hasty conclusions because in some cases criminals make false evidence to divert the attention of investigators. Therefore, one must be cautious and review the evidence carefully to avoid losing the real sequence of the crime.
