If I wanted to graph (4,3), how would I do it?
I need help on how to graph coordinates on a chart. I'm new at it. The question is worth 20 points. I need a full explanation! Thanks.

When u are graphing a point on the coordinate plane, you’ll graph it in (x,y) form.
•The x-axis goes left and right, the second coordinate is on the y-axis. The y-axis goes up and down.
•Positive numbers go up or right (depending on the axis).
•Negative numbers go left or down.
Start at (0,0) or the origin. (0,0) is located at the intersection of the x and y axes, so right in the center of the coordinate plane.
Next move to the x units to the right to 4.
Next move up 3.
Lastly mark the point and ur done! hope this helps:)

Answer:

See attached and view below.

Step-by-step explanation:

A coordinate point is in terms of (x, y). Since we have (4, 3), the 4 is our x and the 3 is our y. X is left to right and y is up and down.

A tip: You are going to "walk" to the elevator for the first number, and then go up/down for the second.

First, find the number positive "4" on the x-axis, the horizontal one. This means moving four units to the right.

Second, since the value of 3 is positive, we are going to go up 3 units from point (4, 0) to finish our graph.
