The French and Indian War is a key event that helped lead the colonies to becoming independent. Describe (IN DETAIL) at least two actions the British did that angered the colonists. Why did the British do these actions? Why were the colonists upset with these actions?

Respuesta :

Two actions the British did that angered the colonists were the Stamp Act and the Quartering Act. The quartering act made it essential that the colonies provide shelter and supplies to British troops. The stamp act meant all legal documents, as well as printed papers, were required to have an official stamp on them. Colonists were angry because of their needed payment and how their paper went towards the British.
