For book I would bring a Bible or Torah because in my opinion it’s the sacred book. For food I would bring a chicken pasta recipe( I’m not sure how to describe it ). It’s really good, easy to make and fills you up. As for the person I would definitely bring my bf haha. Hopefully we aren’t on the island for long though, it would get boring really quick
