The privatization of government companies is a wise decision in Pakistan because the private management is able to bear the expenses and take more challenging decisions.

Government organizations are the organization which provide basic services to the citizens at a nominal rate, for example these services include, Gas, water and electricity.
When companies are privatized the management can provide incentives to its employees so that they keep them motivated, also the private management can take decisions that a government organization will not be willing to take, private management can charge high prices for the services provided.
