What is Fine?

This is defined as an amount of money or an punishment done which is used to pay for the disobedience of law so as to ensure order is maintained in a society.

The prologue of law and order in ancient Babylonian is referred to as Hammurabi code of laws which contains  282 rules which is necessary for the maintenance of law and order and is the same as that of the contemporary world which is embedded in what we refer to as constitution.
