An important part of J.K Rowling's speech that you can use in your summary is that Rowling's parents did not support her desire to study English literature, as they did not think it would give her a good economic position. This generated in her an extreme fear of failure and this fear caused her to lose very important points in her career.
However, when she realized that fear encouraged her to fail, she began to use failure to her advantage, eliminating unnecessary activities, focusing on clear goals, and being aware that failure is educational and would teach her strategies to overcome it.
