Respuesta :

Tertiary structure results from hydrophobic and hydrophilic interactions and tertiary structure containing amino acids.

The tertiary structure of protein is three dimensional arrangement of polypeptide chain in space. It stabilized the outside polar interactions and internal hydrophobic interactions between non  polar amino acid side chains. It consist of polypeptide which formed of complex molecular shape. The manner by which the secondary structural elements are arranged in three dimensions to create a stable molecular entity.

Protein of tertiary structure which is due to interaction between R groups in the protein. There are four type of tertiary interactions such as hydrophobic , hydrogen bonds, sulfur-sulfur covenant bond, salt bridge . The amino acid creates salt bridge for stabilize the tertiary structure.
