A biological system is a sophisticated network that links several physiologically significant elements. Two such biological systems are:- Respiratory system and circulatory system.

Respiratory system: The network of organs and tissues that aids in breathing is known as the respiratory system. It consists of your blood vessels, lungs, and airways. The respiratory system also includes the muscles that propel your lungs. Together, these components help the body circulate oxygen and eliminate waste gases like carbon dioxide.

Circulatory system: To obtain oxygen into the blood, the circulatory system (cardiovascular system) pumps blood from the heart to the lungs. The remainder of the body receives oxygenated blood from the heart via arteries. Oxygen-depleted blood is returned to the heart through veins to restart circulation.

To provide oxygen to cells and remove the carbon dioxide the cells make, the respiratory system and the circulatory system collaborate closely. The circulatory system transfers carbon dioxide from the tissues into the lungs, where it is ultimately converted back into oxygen by the lungs.
