I will choose cylinder B because it will give a more precise and accurate measurement of 2.25 ml.

What is precise measurement?

The closeness of two or more measurements to each other is known as the precision of a substance.

From the marking of the cylinders, we can determine the cylinder that will give a precise and more accurate measurement.

For cylinder A:

Each marking = 5/4 = 1.25

2.25 ml can be measured from a  mark of 1.8 level  (2.25/1.25 = 1.8)

For cylinder B:

Each marking = 2/5 = 0.4

2.25 ml can be measured from a  mark of 5.6 level  (2.25/1.25 = 5.6)

5.6 level mark on cylinder B is a point little bit over 5.5 level mark and can easily be measured with a possible error of 0.1 while that of cylinder A will give a possible error of 0.2.

Thus, I will choose cylinder B because it will give a more precise and accurate measurement of 2.25 ml.
