The answer is C: He is eternal. God was not part of man's concept of time nor will ever be because He lives in the eternal now. Since any explanation would be very difficult for our limited minds understand, when the Bible teaches about the creation of the world, it simply declares: "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth..." .
