Scientists can define a community, or "biome," based on comparable types of plants that require similar temperature and precipitation levels for growth and development.
How to understand biome?
The various climates that exist on Earth have created communities known as biomes, which are characterized by species that share similar traits. For instance, locations on Earth with a dry climate will only have one type of biome, while locations on earth with a humid climate will have whole distinct types of biomes (plants that adapted in areas with dry conditions will be very different from the plants that adapted in areas with humid conditions). As a result, scientists protect the biomes (communities in which related species of animals and plants adapt to the same or similar climatic circumstances) that exist on all continents based on specific groups of plants and animals. For instance, the plants in one biome are quite similar to one another in terms of growth, color, and shape, and they also correspond to a specific quantity of precipitation, humidity, and temperature.
