D. you need a boss to be cooperative and respectful boss to help with work or to compromise with. if you have a overdemanding, boss that force you to work and not help nor compromise then its going to be a lot harder for the worker to get anything done because of the amount of pressure. you don't really need a interesting boss or a prestigious boss because its not that neccasary, what you need is a boss that understands you and respects you
