if i paid 11 dollars for 2 notebooks and one pack of pencils the pack of pencils cost 4 dollars what equation can i write to find the price of each notebook

Each notebooks costs $5.50

Because if there are 2 notebooks and they equal 11 together then you would divide it by 2 because there are 2 notebooks
