I had to look for the options and here is my answer:
Majority of the economists agree that the government should deal with monopolists on a case-by-case basis, policy options are provided but except for the one that IF THE MONOPOLY MAXIMIZES ECONOMIC PROFITS, NEW FIRMS SHOULD BE SUBSIDIZED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ENTER THE INDUSTRY.
