 and i got it correct                    

we know that

if the lines a and b are parallel lines cut by transversal f

then

[tex](6x-36)=96[/tex] --------> by alternate exterior angles

solve for x

[tex](6x-36)=96\\ 6x=96+36\\6x=132\\x=(132/6)\\x=22\ degrees[/tex]

therefore

the answer is
