In order to find Perimeter (Circumference) of a Trapezoid, Just add all the sides of it... Circumference usually use in Circle case in measuring the edge of the figure.

If You Know the Length of Both Sides and Bases, then the circumference is the sum of both sides and bases.
If You Know the Height, Both Side Lengths, and Top Base Length, then divide the trapezoid into a rectangle and two right triangles. Use Pythagorean Theorem to find the base length of each of the right triangles with the side lenth and height.
Circumference = 2 x top base length + side length 1 + base length 1 + side length 2 + base length 2
