well ill take A for me ill choose B but mainly none of the above work for some people ever body goes through different stages of stress
It's D or A depend what stress level it is, A your friends or family might bring up you stress level. D you can do nothing about is and just let it take it's course. If you are dealing with stress got to a Arts and Craft place or a pet store and get a pet to help out with stress. Hope this helps you!
