Please explain why a pathogenic organism with with a low virulence is more likely to cause disease in a patient suffering from AIDS versus a 25-year-old college student in good health

AIDS causes the immune system to weaken, therefore causing disease to be more prominent. AIDS directly attacks T-cells, which fight disease and protect the body. The fact that it is a low virulence organism further proves the point that a healthy and young college student would be less affected.
