Miss Rosa needs about 9 tote bags to sell to pay rent. The answer is 9 because the answer without an estimate would be 8 and a remainder, and you can't sell a part of a bag.
If miss Roga sells one tote bag for 33$ then to find how many bags she sells for 265$ you have to do 265$ divided by 33$ which will give 8.something I don't know but I think rounded up will give 9
