The last option would definitely be the worst idea. This company wants to draw people into their company and attract customers. They need to publicize and convince customers that they are the best, and be as positive about their company as possible. However, if they released a manual on how to landscape, they wouldn't attrack customers, the customers would just be doing it on their own instead of hiring the company! :)
