She will use 14 pint containers.

There are 4 quarts in a gallon, and 2 pints in a quart.

1gal = 4 quarts = 8 pints
2gal = 8 quarts = 16 pints

The question is not totally clear to me. Does she have 1 quart container and the rest are pints? If so, she has 1qt and 14 pints.
