According to the Flynn effect, if psychologists did not re-standardize iq tests from time to time, scores of the test-takers,in most cases, will significantly be above 100.

When IQ tests are revised, they are re-standardized using a new sample of test-takers,  again, the average result is set to 100. But, in almost every case their average scores are significantly above 100, when the new test subjects take the older tests.
