I would say claim... evidence is what you bring to support your claim...A counter claim would be more like if you are debating with someone and you counter their claim....
Choice A. Evidence and Choice D. Reasons would most probably be used in an informative essay. Choice D. Reasons could also be used in a debating essay. Choice B. Counter-claims are claims made too rebut previously made claims.
