If she is not able to get up, then she might be suffering from a fracture. I should stop any bleeding if there is any. I will not move her hand or wrist. And I will call an ambulance. I will apply ice to reduce swelling and inflammation until the help arrives.
In Ann's condition, it is best to evaluate the situation first. It is needed that before you can help or assist with her with anything, you should check for fractures or swelling in any part of her body. It is because if you try to aid or let her sit up without evaluating her, further damage could be brought out.
