I think the answer would be letter A.  The first line refers to the darkness covering her face, hence the lines "Thou know'st the mask of night is on my face, " The second one, "Else would a maiden blush bepaint my cheek For that which thou hast heard me speak to-nigh" refers to the blush when the speaker heard the words of the second person in the
